Outback Spirit Lemon Myrtle, Coconut & Chilli Cooking

From the tropics comes the wonderfully fragrant Lemon Myrtle with delightful lime and lemongrass flavours. Coupled with chili and coconut, this sauce is sensational. A thick sauce with a great coating consistency, zesty from the lemon myrtle, full bodied with the heat of cayenne chilli and sweetness of coconut. It’s great with just about everything! Try it with all Asian style noodle and rice dishes, or dolloped on chicken or fish burgers. Serve with prawns and seafood or as a dipping sauce.
